Your Patient Journey with Elite

Step 1 – Complete your Assessment

To start your surgery journey, the first step is to complete our simple assessment form HERE. 

Your form will be reviewed by our experienced Patient co-ordination team who will then contact you to provide feedback on your enquiry and a quotation.

Step 3 – Book your Surgery

After your comprehensive consultation your patient co-ordination team will be back in contact with you to arrange a suitable date for your surgery.

Step 5 – Your Arrival and Surgeon Consultation

Upon arrival at your chosen clinic for surgery, your patient coordinator will greet you, followed by a dedicated clinical team of nurses.

You will have an in-person consultation with your surgeon and anaesthesiologist and the clinical team will perform pre-operative tests before your procedure.

Step 7 – Heading Home!

The clinical team will carry out stringent checks to ensure you are well enough to travel home.  Once the team are satisfied, you will be escorted to the airport where special assistance will have been arranged for you to make your journey home as comfortable as it can possibly be.

Step 2 – Meet your Surgeon

Following receipt of your feedback, the team will be back in touch to arrange with you to have a virtual video consultation with a surgeon and/or a consultation with a Senior Consultant to discuss your procedure in detail and answer any questions you may have.

Step 4 – Completion of your Pre-op Requirements

Before your surgery date, you must complete all pre-operative requirements. A dedicated patient coordinator will be available to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Step 6 – Your Post-op Care

Following your surgery, the dedicated clinical team will be on hand to provide all required aftercare.  The experienced and dedicated team will ensure that your post-op recovery journey is as seamless and smooth as possible.

Where applicable, Manual Lymphatic Massage (LDM) are included as part of our post-op care service.

Step 8 – Your Continued Post-op care

When arriving home, your journey with Elite doesn’t stop there! We will continue to monitor your recovery regularly with regular wound care appointments and Surgeon reviews.
